  • To receive a full refund, the product must be returned and your request submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
    Please note that items that have been used for an extended period of time (over one month) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • We do not cover any costs associated with returning products.
  • Before sending your item back, please ensure the hair has not been used. Email us a clear photo of the unused product at info@minkaluxehair.com
  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to confirm it is unused. If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Shipping Policy

Pre-order processing time is 10-15 business days. Instock processing time 5-7 business days. This includes admin, order quality control, packaging, and processing your shipping information. This time frame excluded the shipping time of your products. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

National Shipping

Our domestic destinations are in main centres or an outlying/regional area. We usually ship by standard & expedited shipping depending on your location; Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

International Shipping

We proudly offer reliable international shipping from 3–7 business days, ensuring your order arrives safely and on time no matter where you are in the world. Shipping cost will be included in your purchase. Delivery times vary depending on your destination.

After your package has left our care and you have received your shipping code, we are no longer responsible for replacing lost packages or resolving damages caused during transit. However, we are committed to resolving any issues related to the quality of our product—such as hair that arrives with an unusual smell, hair that is damaged, or receiving an incorrect order.
